Stationary Courses Terms & Conditions

  • Registration by e-mail (vedicart.ie@gmail.com) or telephone (0860533323) is required to confirm your attendance to any workshop, class or course. Signing up on social media sites does not book your spot.
  • Unless otherwise stated, deposit is required to book your place. Deposits must be paid at least 7 days prior the event. Before paying your deposit, please contact us to make sure that we have places available.
  • For Online Courses full free needs to be prepaid at the time of booking.
  • We work with small groups between 4 and 12 people. If the minimum number of participant has not been reached 7 days prior the event, the event will be cancelled and your deposit will be refunded or transferred to a future event, if desired.
  • Bookings less than 7 days prior the event are on availability basis only and need to be discussed with the organizer.
  • Full payment is due at the beginning of each event.
  • Cancellations are accepted 14 days prior the event with full refund of the deposit. Cancellations less than 14 days prior the event are non-refundable, but your place can be transferred to another person willing to participate in the event – in that case you will receive refund of 90% of your deposit.
  • In case of a need to cancel event by the organizer, all monies paid will be refunded.

Retreats and Holidays Terms & Conditions

  • Retreats and  holidays (usually international) are for 8 to 14 people groups, therefore we advise early booking to avoid disappointment.
  • We offer full care of group leader (or leaders) throughout your stay and 30 hours of course activities per 7 day retreat.
  • Price of the retreat includes accommodation, breakfast (unless otherwise stated) and course fee. Plane tickets and transfers are not included in the price, but we can offer you help with purchasing the tickets, if you wish.
  • Accommodation is offered in shared rooms (2-3 people). Single rooms will be offered if possible, with additional supplement.
  • Depending on hotel availability you may choose to extend your stay. You will then be responsible for making those arrangements and your own transfers to the airport after your trip.
  • There may be  extra attractions offered during the retreat for additional costs which are not compulsory.

  • 28 days prior the event we confirm whether the minimum number of participants have signed up and whether the event will take place. In case the event is cancelled, your deposit will be refunded.
  • Bookings less than 30 days prior the event are on availability basis only and need to be discussed with the organizer.
  • Full payment is due by date specified for each retreat. If full payment is not received by due date, your place will be offered to someone else and your deposit will be lost.
  • Cancellations are accepted 30 days prior the event with full refund of the deposit. Cancellations less than 30 days prior the event are non-refundable, even in case of an emergency, as your deposit has been used too book accommodation etc. Your place can be transferred to another person willing to participate in the event – in that case you will receive refund of 90% of your deposit.
  • In case of a need to cancel event by the organizer, all monies paid will be refunded.
  • You are advised to purchase travel insurance that will cover emergencies.
